What is the amount of the deposit to be paid ?

At the time of booking, you will need to pay a 25% deposit of the reservation price.

When is the balance of my rental due?

The balance is due 30 days before the arrival date (60 days for PREMIUM properties). If the booking is made less than 30 days (or 60 days for PREMIUM properties) before the arrival date, the full payment will be required.

What are the cancellation terms for my reservation ?

If you cancel more than 60 days before the start of your stay, no fees will apply. For cancellations less than 60 days before arrival, payments already made are non-refundable. During the booking process, an optional cancellation insurance will be offered to provide better protection in case of unforeseen circumstances.

What is the amount of the security deposit ? When will it be released ?

It must be completed through secure online pre-authorization, without affecting your card’s spending limit, as this amount is not debited. How do I collect the keys to my holiday rental ?

You can collect the keys to your holiday rental directly from our agency located in the centre of La Clusaz: ATHERAC LOCATION – 159 Route des Grandes Alpes, 74220 La Clusaz. During the season, our agency is open until 7 p.m. For our PREMIUM range, check-in is carried out directly at your chalet.

Are the roads cleared of snow?

Yes. The public roads are maintained by snow removal services; this service is not continuous and is interrupted during the night. Private roads are cleared afterward, sector by sector, according to the schedule of the snow removal companies.

Are snow chains required in winter ?

Between November 1st and March 31st, it is mandatory to equip your vehicle with winter tires or to have a pair of snow chains or snow socks.

What should I do in case of late arrival ?

No worries! If you plan to arrive late, our key box system at the agency will allow you to independently retrieve your key. You will need to contact us in advance to obtain your code.

How do I access my client account to manage my offers and reservations ?

We will assign you your client number via email, and you can log in to the Client Access (at the top right of the homepage). You just need to choose a password and save it for your future logins !

We had a wonderful week in this accommodation. We were two families with two adults and two children. The rooms are spacious and the children were able to sleep together. The accommodation is well equipped and located close to the L'Envers ski run, providing easy access to the ski area. There is also access to a storage room for ski equipment with a boot warmer. In the evening, we had a beautiful view of the resort.

A cosy little chalet, ideal for a mountain holiday! Beautiful spaces with superb views of the resort and slopes! The Envers slope runs right past the chalet, making it ideal for reaching the ski lifts!

We had a very pleasant Christmas week. Well located with ski-in/ski-out access at the foot of the chalet and a 20-minute walk to the centre of La Clusaz. Magnificent view and very cosy chalet with all the comforts of good quality.
