What is the amount of the deposit to be paid ?
At the time of booking, you will need to pay a 25% deposit of the reservation price.
When is the balance of my rental due?
The balance is due 30 days before the arrival date (60 days for PREMIUM properties). If the booking is made less than 30 days (or 60 days for PREMIUM properties) before the arrival date, the full payment will be required.
What are the cancellation terms for my reservation ?
If you cancel more than 60 days before the start of your stay, no fees will apply. For cancellations less than 60 days before arrival, payments already made are non-refundable. Are the roads cleared of snow?
Yes. The public roads are maintained by snow removal services; this service is not continuous and is interrupted during the night. Private roads are cleared afterward, sector by sector, according to the schedule of the snow removal companies.
Are snow chains required in winter ?
Between November 1st and March 31st, it is mandatory to equip your vehicle with winter tires or to have a pair of snow chains or snow socks.
